The Bohemian jewel is one of my absolute favourite cities in the world. My short journey here was enchanting and unforgettable.

The medieval capital of Bohemia is full of beauty and gothic appeal. My great love of 🇨🇿 Prague began in 2014 when we visited this phenomenal city for five days, which WASN’T LONG ENOUGH 😭 Next, to Dubrovnik in Croatia, Prague is the prettiest city I’ve seen, and seductively fun too. I particularly enjoyed the walks through the picturesque old town in the eerie green glow of the absinthe bars, and the culinary journey through the Vinohrady district. Here we were treated to the city’s finest food & wine by a wealthy Irishman that turned out owned most of the neighborhood. Best ever lesson in life, talk to strangers over wine, you never know what life might put in your lap!

📷 this photo was taken when I was tiny from the high ground around Prague Castle by the ever beautiful @natalienicolewatson It is a spectacular spot to view the entire city that you should not avoid.

A highlight of our stay in the city was a last minute decision to join a ghost tour. Beset with legends and frightening tales, Ancient Prague is known as one of the most haunted cities in the world. When the sun goes down on the cobblestone streets, the city has a mysticque that is hard to describe in any other way than vampiric. Take a fun ghost tour that winds its way through the city’s gothic architecture and scare yourself silly 👻 Our guide was an eccentric wanderer with a walking stick and a lantern. Dressed in a tunic and equipped with an eastern accent he brilliantly wove a tale between the spires of all the great human calamities of the city. Some of the locations were troubled with a foul energy that made the hair stand on end but maybe it was his delivery… Stunning 📷 by @jaydantinne#writersblocktravels

The streets of Prague are clean, timeless, and filled with Bohemian wonder. There are so many nice surprises for those who enjoy walking the areas surrounding the old town. If you’re looking for a place to stay, book an Airbnb in Vinohrady. It is only a 20min walk to the centre of the city and the metros are easy and great to use. Vinohrady is a small suburb above the central boulevard, and its charm is undeniable. Known as the wine region of the city, #vinohradyprague is undeniably romantic. I could easily live out the rest of my days in this part of the world. We recommend walking here to catch the sunset and of course, the wine bars. Strolling the quiet and leafy cobblestones streets, eat your way through its restaurants under the moonlight and fall in love ❤️ ⭐️📷by @fredymartinezzz
